Leading with Integrity Leading with integrity is easier said than done. Yet, it is imperative in order to build and sustain high performance organizations. The demand for more and better services and products while holding down costs is not likely to diminish in the foreseeable future. Managers must draw on all tools available to them to deliver high quality, affordable services or products. This workshop will explore what it means to “lead with integrity” by drawing on a set of management tools to strengthen the ethics culture of organizations. This workshop is appropriate for supervisors, managers, and employees who aspire to supervisory and management positions.
